Here’s a snapshot of the key components included in our care plans.
Website Backups
Daily / weekly / monthly backups are kept on-site and off site, enabling restoration to a previous 'healthy' version with minimal downtime.
Monitoring & Security
We have special tools that monitor site traffic and activity, protect against potential hacks or breaches and keep an eye on "up time" to ensure your site is up and running fine.
Premium Plugins & Updates
Access to agency-level plugins (including premium theme, SEO analytics and ) worth at least $600 / year is included. Out-of-date plugins are the leading cause of website hacks. We take care of weekly updates for you.
Website Hosting
Hosting is the foundation of your website. Security, performance and ease of use all depend on it. We include premium hosting on all care plan levels so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Speed Optimisation
In order for websites to load fast, perform well and to ensure speed, the files, database and media need to be optimised. We have special tools that keep your site optimised and running smoothly along with cleaning up any and all "web gunk".
Monthly Reporting
You shouldn't have to try and determine what's going on with your site. We take care of that for you with an in-depth (but not overwhelming) monthly report which also highlights what we're doing month to month on your site.
Reduced Hourly Rate
All care plan clients access a reduced hourly rate. This rate can be applied to any future work needed to update your site, including adding new pages or new functions (e.g. forms, lead magnets, galleries etc.)
Priority Support
As a client you get priority support. We'll set up exclusive contact details for you to ping us with whenever you need an update, addition or when you have any questions and we do our best to get back with you within 24 hours on business days (usually it's sooner)!
Auto Privacy Policy
EVERY website needs an up-to-date privacy policy, which protects your site visitors traffic and activity. We do that for you with our partnership with Termly; a tool that keeps your site legal with auto-updating policies that generate automatically.

Discounts apply if you have more than one website needing a care plan. All plans include SSL certificates.
FAQs
Do my monthly support hours roll over?
No, hours do not accumulate. This helps our workflow planning and in turn our quality of work high.
What's included in support hours?
Support hours are for tasks such as:
- editing or updating team member bios & photos
- posting a pre-written blog post
- swapping out images
- editing text
- basic design updates
If more time is required to make the requested updates, this will be communicated to you.
For things such as:
- page re-structure
- creating a landing page
- creating a blog template
- optimising a current blog post
- SEO optimising a main page
These are not included in support hours and a quote for these services will be provided. We offer 2 hour, half day and full day services.
Are there cancellation fees?
Nope! All of our maintenance plans are monthly or annual with a no-questions-asked cancellation policy. If for any reason you need to pull your website from our hosting & maintenance plan, you have complete freedom to do so. Your plan is simply billed out for the month or year that’s paid for.
Can you maintain my website if you didn't build it?
Usually yes, if your website uses tools and that we have experience in (such as WordPress, Squarespace, etc). An onboarding fee will apply. Submit an enquiry here to find out more.
What if my site is hacked while on the maintenance plan?
In the unlikely event that your site is compromised while under our care (thanks to regular updates & monitoring), we will fix it up for you at no additional cost.
What if I pass on the plan and my site gets hacked?
We can clean and restore your site for an initial fee of $400. We would then strongly advise joining a care plan to protect your site from malware and hackers.
What if I have multiple websites?
Each additional site care plan is available at a 30% discount.
